Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at sales@scrubsnscopes.com or call 480-507-2049 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Embroidered & Customized Items All embroidered items are non-refundable and considered final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized or embroidered orders.
