Q:  How do I return an item to Scrubs N Scopes?

​

A:  Our goal is Happy Customers!  We hope you are pleased with the items you purchased.  If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return or exchange any item(s) in original condition with tags attached.  Return must be completed within 60 days of purchase with your receipt. We cannot accept any scrubs worn, washed, altered, or monogrammed.  Stethoscopes should be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging with all accessories.  Littmann stethoscopes cannot be returned.  Lab Coats, Clearance Items, Holiday Merchandise, Electronic Stethoscopes and Shoes and Special Order Items which we don’t normally stock may not be returned - all sales on these items are final.  Returns can be taken to the Scrubs N Scopes Store location.

Q:  Where are you located?

​

A:  We are located on at 425 W. Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, AZ  85234.  You’ll find us on Guadalupe Road, half way between Gilbert Rd and Cooper (Stapley) on the South side of the road in the Golden Key Plaza.

Q:  What are your hours?

​

A:  We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Q:  Do you have any other locations?

​

A:  Not at this time.

Q:  How much do scrubs shrink?

​

A:  The amount of shrinkage in scrubs varies by brand but can generally range from 2-4%.

​

Q:  Do scrubs fade?

​

A:  All materials have the potential to fade, however some more than others.  Fading depends on how the scrubs are cared for.  We recommend a cold water wash, and a low heat or no heat dryer setting.  This preserves the integrity of the fabric and minimized fading and shrinking.

​

Q:  Do you have scrubs in my size?

​

A:  We carry a wide variety of sizes starting with XXS and going up to 5XL, depending on the brand.  We also carry a wide variety of pants in petite, regular and tall sizes.

​

Q:  Can you order my size or color if you don’t have it in stock?

​

A:  Yes, as long as it is not a discontinued item, we can special order sizes or colors at no extra charge.
